ORDERING AND PAYMENT

1. How can I order

You can easily Order using Okayhai Mobile App. For Single item just find a product you need and press buy now, for two or more items go to your desired one’s and add them to your cart one by one, then press buy now and go through the ordering process. After completing the order an order receipt will be displayed at your screen.

2. What information should I input when ordering?

OkayHai will ask for all the important information you should submit i.e. your contact details and shipping address, moreover you can also add coupons and points for discount if applicable

3. What payment methods can I use?

COD and Card Payment Method is available right now; we accept All Visa/Debit Cards.

4. What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

For Online Transaction: Please note that certain banks require card activation before making any transaction through internet, contact your bank for activation if it’s activated then try again in a while. If the payment is still not accepted, check your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact support@okayhai.com

5. How can I change delivery address?

Sign in to your account and go to "my account", select “Address Book” add the new address.

6. What are the terms and conditions?

You can see the terms and conditions by clicking the Policies menu on the Menu page or by clicking the Terms and condition on the account sign-in page

7. Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, Go to Account Screen > Orders > View All > My Orders > product you want to cancel in account screen but before cancelling the order or product please refer to our cancellation policy as given in the Terms and Conditions or contact support@okayhai.com

8. Do you have the product in stock?

All the products which are shown on our APP are available, in case of non-availability its will be marked out of stock or Sold Out. Please note that in certain cases the product shown on the list is available and once ordered will be then confirmed from vendor and could be Out of stock at that time. In this case our representative will advise you about the availability of the order. Similarly, your refund for the product, in case of payment by debit or credit card will be processed as per the Terms and condition policy. DELIVERY

1. Can I track my order?

You will be updated with the package number on each transition of your order through email and Text Message, you can also track your order in My Orders.

2. Shipping time?

Estimated shipping time will be displayed on your order details receipt after the confirmation of your order.

3. What are the delivery charges?

Shipping charges will be displayed on Order receipt after confirming the order. The delivery charges are calculated based on the shipping address of the order, weight and dimension of the product you have ordered. Also, for some particular items or categories specific rates are applied as determined by the vendor, OKAYHAI or shipping companies.

1. Do you sell quality products?

As a multivendor site we have put on a strict quality check before registering any vendor, our main focus is the product quality and quality services for our online users all Warranties are governed as per the Terms and conditions rules and policies

2. What is the warranty period?

All the listed products which will have warranty period will be specifically mentioned in the product description page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. What is your returns policy?

We will accept product returns as per the Terms and Conditions for the customer please refer the policy or contact at support@okayhai.com.

2. Can I get a refund for my shipping costs?

We will refund your shipping costs if the product was received due to an error on OkayHai end. For change-of-mind returns, and any other reasons for return that is not due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.
