Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options, but we will notify you if your location is not serviceable.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If there is any delay due to stock availability or other issues, we will inform you promptly.
Shipping Time
Delivery time varies depending on your location:
- Major cities – 2 to 4 business days
- Remote areas – 5 to 7 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 2,500.
- For orders below PKR 2,500, a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 will apply.
- Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items. Any extra charges will be communicated before confirming your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your order’s status in real-time. If you encounter any issues with tracking, you can reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If an incorrect address is provided, it may cause delivery delays or result in the order being returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
Partial Deliveries
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for split shipments, and tracking details will be provided for each package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you choose to cancel the order after a failed delivery, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and items. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the severity of the damage and product availability.
